How much does this service cost?
Nothing. Our service is completely free for families. We are paid by the home care agencies, not by you. There is no catch and no hidden fees.
How do you vet the agencies?
Every agency in our network must hold a valid Florida home health agency license, carry general liability and professional insurance, and maintain a track record of quality care in the Jacksonville or St. Augustine area. We verify this before any agency joins our network.
How fast will I hear back?
In most cases, your matched agencies will contact you within 24 hours of submitting your form. If your situation is urgent, let us know in the form and we'll prioritize your request.
What types of care can you help with?
We match families with agencies that provide personal care, companionship, Alzheimer's and memory care, post-surgery recovery, respite care, and 24-hour or live-in care. If you're not sure what type of care you need, just describe your situation and we'll help figure it out.
What if I don't like any of the matches?
No problem at all. There is zero obligation. You can also contact us and we'll try to find additional agencies that might be a better fit for your needs.
